Your character can reliably project his mind into the Dreamlands. At one dot, your character begins with an average impression when looking for new entrances to the Dreamlands. At three dots, he begins with a good impression.

Drawback: Doors allow travel both ways. Your character is especially accessible to astral threats like Amanojaku; powers that open ways to his mind from the Dreamlands, such as Ivory Gate, gain a +1 bonus. Hope- fully he has the training or gifts to defend himself. Also, he is vulnerable to the Gales - their dice pool against him has a +1 bonus.
